New/Improved Annual Update Process for Families

Dear Parent/Guardian –

Prior to the start of each school year, the Salem School District asks parents to provide updated family and student information through an online form submission that can be accessed from the Infinite Campus Parent Portal.

If you do not already have a parent portal account, start the process here… 

As of Monday, August 4, all parents accessing the portal will be required to complete the Annual Update form prior to accessing other portal features (schedules, grades, etc.). The message below will continue to display until the application has been submitted. Only one application is needed for each family.

Upon logging in, parents will see the following message--


Click the OK button or close the window, and click the “START” button to complete the “2025-26 SY (August 1, 2025)” form.
